Phone 
Consultations

The DC MAP team provides free telephonic consultation to healthcare providers. Phone Consultations support with addressing behavioral health needs in primary care. 

The DC MAP team can provide real-time video-conferencing telehealth consultation to families a using the Advanced MD Telehealth system.

Referrals & Consultations

Our Care Coordinators work closely with healthcare providers and families, providing community resources and referrals for community-based behavioral support services. 

Care Coordinators follow pediatrics and families, ensuring successful linkage to continued behavioral health supports.

Education & Training

DC MAP ensures health care providers and ancillary healthcare staff have access to the latest research regarding behavioral health integration. 

In addition, DC MAP provides training opportunities to enhance healthcare providers' understanding of best practices for addressing behavioral health needs in primary care.

DC MAP provides training and education through in-person office presentations, departmental meetings, and regionally based CME conferences for primary care providers.
